Dark chocolate with 65% cocoa made with cocoa beans from a plantation protected by a lush environment that gives the cocoa tree all its richness. The dominant tartness and red fruits with hints of wood give this dark couverture chocolate its persistent flavour. Trinitario cocoa beans come from an exclusive plantation in the heart of a Peruvian natural park.

An exquisite chocolate, the result of a unique combination of the best Criollo and Trinitario beans. 68% cocoa Pancracio dark chocolate, with fruity notes, a light acidic touch and an intense flavour.

Our collection of milk chocolate bars, sprinkles and rocks is made from 42% cocoa milk chocolate with a pure cocoa flavour and an intense dairy note. Cocoa beans come mainly from West Africa, mostly from the Forastero variety.

64% CACAO

Our collection of dark chocolate bars, sprinkles and rocks is made from 64% bitter dark chocolate with a powerful cocoa flavour, floral notes and sour fruits, delicately enhanced with a hint of coffee and chestnut. Cocoa beans come mainly from West Africa, mostly from the Forastero variety.
