Our Unique Panettone is the best representation of the constant pursuit of excellence, both in the selection of raw materials and in its production. A limited and numbered edition product that guarantees a standard of maximum quality.
The Unique Panettone has been made following an artisanal recipe, with 100% natural slow-fermented sourdough and delicious 65% cocoa chocolate chips, grown on the most select farms in Peru.
In our workshop, we give each panettone the necessary time for processing and resting so that they reach the optimal point, and once ready, we hand-pack them in our iconic white box. Only in this way can we achieve an unmistakable fluffiness and flavor in each bite.
Its characteristic dark chocolate comes from San Martín (Peru), in the heart of large natural parks surrounded by a protected environment of lush vegetation. There, we cultivate and select a new variety of beans, the Criollo Amazonia (Trinitario).
Each Panettone contains a bit of that magical and wild Peru, through which you can discover the authentic flavor of the region, with acidic notes and red fruits, light roasting, powerful fruitiness, and a subtle touch of wood.
