Purchases made on pancracio.com are subject to current regulations and other relevant legislation. They are subject to payment of value added tax VAT, as established in the current regulations for natural or legal persons resident in Member States of the EEC and for those residing in non-EU countries. All prices shown for the products are understood to include VAT. When you wish to make a purchase, it will be necessary to provide your personal details in order to be able to process the orders. Once you complete your purchase using the debit or credit card payment method, you will be redirected to the Redsys payment gateway. No card details are stored on our servers, making payments 100% secure.
In addition, the payment gateway is protected with the Verified by Visa seal.
How can I be sure that my order has been placed correctly?

For what reason can my credit card be declined?
Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:

No, in PANCRACIO the use of credit card or PAYPAL is FREE.
PANCRACIO reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale by publishing an updated version of the same on this page, which will be applicable to all orders placed after PANCRACIO publishes the new version of its General Terms and Conditions of Sale on the website.
SHIPPING AND RECEIVING ORDERS
When will my order arrive?
Orders for most of our products will be delivered within 3-5 days. However, in the case of panettones, the customer has the flexibility to select the week in which they wish to receive them. In addition, if an order includes a panettone, all products will be delivered in the same week as the week chosen to receive the panettone.
Can I buy online if my order is for the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla?
Yes, it is possible to make purchases with delivery to the Balearic Islands. At present, deliveries are made to the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
How much are the shipping costs?
In mainland Spain, shipping costs are 5.5 € and free for orders over 35 €.
In the Balearic Islands, shipping costs are €18 per order and free for orders over €35, except during the winter, when the price is the same as in mainland Spain.
Can I buy from abroad or send an order abroad?

What if I indicate a preferred delivery time in my order?
We will indicate your preferences to the courier, although we cannot 100% guarantee the delivery time.
What do I do if the order arrives in bad condition?

- If the box looks like it has been tampered with or damaged DO NOT ACCEPT IT and contact us immediately.

Can I buy today and receive my order on a specific date?
Yes, PANCRACIO offers you the BUY NOW AND SHIP WHEN YOU WANT, which is very convenient to manage your gift list and take advantage of specific offers.
Will my chocolate order arrive in good condition?
To guarantee that your purchase arrives in the correct state, PANCRACIO dispatches all chocolate orders by dry shipment in 4-5 days, and in the warmer months by refrigerated shipment, within 24-72 hours, and at no additional cost. Refrigerated delivery is available throughout the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
All returns must be authorised by pancracio.com. Due to the high quality and nature of the products sold, returns will not be accepted after 5 days from delivery. In the event of a return within this period, the customer will bear the cost of return and will have to be sent by courier.
Refunds will only be accepted in cases where the goods have not yet been shipped.
Returns will only be accepted for products that may be defective.
The return must be in perfect condition, with its original packaging, being forbidden the use of seals and adhesive tapes.
The Customer must request the return by email, indicating the reason and invoice number, and pancracio.com will exchange the goods or refund the money in the cases detailed. The costs of this transport will be borne by the customer.
The refund in case of return will be made within 48 hours. - 72 h. (working days).
