Our challenge
We offer job opportunities
from training
We offer job opportunities to those people with the greatest difficulties in accessing the labour market. Our free training and skills building process has resulted in more than 1,200 employment contracts. Today our challenge is to provide work for 500 people a year and be an engine of change in our community.
The reality of our students
Our student profile is clearly defined: foreign women, of various ages, with few professional qualifications and many hurdles to accessing the labour market. The Foundation’s legal team aids and speeds up our students’ processes in matters of asylum and refuge, processing permits and Spanish residency, work contracts, family reunification, non-return, studies and qualification recognition, census registration and more.
